Peter has over three years of experience advising community associations on both general counsel and collections issues. While Peter has experience in advising clients on governing document issues including Declarations, Amendments, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, his emphasis has been on collections work. Peter’s strong background in landlord-tenant law helps him emphasize the ability of Associations to use the real property to their advantage in collections of assessments using receiverships and foreclosures of liens.

Peter enjoys singing, watching football, hiking, camping, running and playing tennis. He loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dog. Welcome to the firm, Peter.
